Adamant about the pool industry and its standards, Dick Dal Pino has served three terms as President of the Sacramento Chapter of the National Spa and Pool Institute (NSPI) and on the Board of Directors for The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP), Chairman of the APSP National Builders Council and has served on the Board of Governors for the California Pool and Spa Industry Education Council (SPEC) which is a legislative council of the California pool and spa industry. Dick Dal Pino is the recipient of the NSPI/APSP “Certified Building Professional” (CBP) certificate; one of the only two builders in the Sacramento area to receive this prestigious award.
